Devisive or Inclusive Government?

While it might be called the inclusive government, the Zimbabwean government has rather proved it self to be a divisive government.Since it's the formulation the inclusive government has never agreed upon one thing nor respected each other 's views except agreeing to share power.
MUGABE AND TSVANGIRAI
On Thursday Newsday reported that ZANU PF ministers had boycotted the "special meeting",which had been called by the Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai. The meeting was supposed to deliberate on the indigenisation  policy that kept foreign investors at bay.
The actions of ZANU PF ministers showed the division and frivolous nature of the  inclusive government  in discussing matters that affect the public.According to Newsday sources ZANU PF ministers reportedly  mobilised and snubbed the gathering chaired by the premier in Harare on the basis that Tuesday was reserved for cabinet meetings with Mugabe. Arguably such actions do not come as a shock to the people as the two parties MDC and ZANU PF are even arguing  when elections should be held. It's hightime these two parties become serious, unite and respect each other for the sake of the country because their divided nature is affecting the country.
