| UN FAILs TO NEGOTIATE WITH IRAN |
The question lingering in my mind is
which side is telling the truth? I guess this is a tough one with Western
countries having a tendency of intervening on other countries issues which
there think might be a threat to them or Iran which, currently is refusing the
IAEA from inspecting Parchin its military site used for explosives testing.
Meanwhile according to Associated Press,
Iran‘s general Mohammed Hejaz has warned of a pre-emptive strike against any
foe threatening the country he also added that “we will use all our means to
protect our national interest.” It seems Iran is standing firm with what its
doing and no one will influence it against its nuclear activities. Iran has
also announced that it won’t be selling oil to Britain and France this summer
in retaliation for a planned European embargo. (AP)
However arguably enough the western
powers have a strong point if Iran is manufacturing nuclear weapons ,the
weapons can be a grave danger to humanity
taking for example the implications nuclear weapons had for Hiroshima
and Nagasaki during the second world war. Despite that, the debate
about a “ nuclear free world” has been
going on since 1996 ,thus this justifies the western countries ‘s actions
because if the allegations are somehow true the world is in grave danger!
If this nuclear weapon is used in the
future war we shall experience the annihilation of thousands of human beings in
appalling suffering, says Marcel Junod (International
Committee of the Red Cross delagator.)
